Mary Cummins, Animal Advocates, California Department of Fish and Game (CADFG) Exhibitor's permit DENIED!!!!!

CA Dept of Fish and Game has been paying attention to the abuses Mary Cummins
has inflicted on CA wildlife since 2007. First she was REPRIMANDED as it
pertained to "the
squirrel with no eyeballs" since it was a "of great concern" (click here to read the actual letter). Other
incidents were documented regarding squirrels, a bob cat, juvenile
opossum and other various species of animals in her care. Seriously,
who abuses an animal at all let alone a squirrel with no eyeballs? Now
they have pulled her license! In typical Mary Cummins fashion she filed
an appeal and that went no where so she filed another appeal but this
time Mary Cummins is being made to go to Sacramento and not her familiar
LA. Apparently, it is JUST SAY 'NO' to Mary Cummins of Animal
Advocates.
In 2012, Mary Cummins received an over-nighted letter fromCADFG in which they wrote "Therefore, given the dozens of contradictions and omitted information found in the entire body of records you have submitted each year, the Department has determined that you have submitted false, inaccurate, or otherwise misleading information in violation of Fish and Game Code (FGC), section 1054A. FGC section 1054A states that 'It is unlawful to submit...any false, inaccurate, or otherwise misleading information on any application or other document offered or otherwise presented to the Department for any purpose..."

Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates has been described as being a "mentally unbalanced, cyber-stalker" who has
"dedicated much of her life to smearing and ruining the online reputations of notable individuals".
Background
Mary Cummins had the audacity to report Amanda Lollar for the most heinous of crimes against animals. Amanda Lollar has been held in high regard by veterinarians, zoologists, biologists and other animal care professionals across the globe for her expert knowledge in the care of captive bats for over 2 decades. If you want to know about bats, learned individuals ALWAYS seek the advice of Amanda Lollar. So, I guess Mary Cummins with her SUSPENDED non-profit in the state of CA (and yes, she still accepts donations despite the fact she is suspended), with her numerous reprimands from the California Dept of Fish and Game and the revocation of her license, could not stand that Amanda Lollar would NOT accept the abuse and harassment of Mary Cummins so she fought back. Boy, did she fight back. Did Mary Cummins really think she could go up against some of the finest legal minds in the country, animal welfare lawyers who have dedicated themselves to the conservation and preservation of animals? Last count, Ms. Lollar has 9 or is it 10 lawyers working with her - pro bono!!!! That is how much everyone believes in Amanda Lollar and the fine work she does.
Bad Faith
Mary Cummins, or scummy cummy as she is known, became secure when she was sued by others and the cases were dismissed for 'lack of jurisdiction' so she erroneously thought she could pull the same antics with Lollar, but Noooooooo, Lollar would have none of it. After all, Lollar is a military brat, so she knows how to fight back. Her father was a decorated war veteran of 2, count them, 2 wars. Some of her attorney's share her military upbringing. Scummy cummy took on the wrong individuals this time. Cummins has no family ties. She was disinherited and with good reason - lying, cheating, stealing. Cummins usual game plan is to keep writing those pathetic, ridiculous, monotonous motions and briefs for the courts to wade through in hopes her victims will run out of money to fight her and they always have in the past. One woman lost her business, another lost her home, yet another lost his position trying to pay the legal bills to fight scummy cummy's constant filings. Cummins always appears in court as a pro se (representing herself) so she can state the same thing over and over, year in and year out, "I am just a poor pro se doing the best I can to fight people who are beating me up with their law degrees..." I must say, some courts have fallen for her act, but now she has been outed, clearing the way for others to follow in Lollar's footsteps.
There are two judge's, on record, in documented legal proceedings who have stated that Mary Cummins acted in 'bad faith' (see court documents 1 & 2). Legal translation (short definition): Mary Cummins is screwed in any court going forward. (Long definition): Bad faith declarations by a judge declares to all other justices that the person has knowingly and fraudulently tried to deceive the courts. It is the intentional or malicious refusal to perform honestly in the courts when the rights of someone else are deliberately and spitefully infringed upon, such conduct demonstrates bad faith. The existence of bad faith can minimize or nullify any claims that a person alleges in a lawsuit because they have violated basic standards of honesty in dealing with others.
Because Cummins is stupid beyond definition, she did not realize what happened to her. Two judges, in two different courts, in two different states recognized her for what she is - a LIAR. Try suing someone when you have been declared a known liar by the courts. That is all any lawyer or new victims of Cummins need going forward. It is their legal 'get out of jail free card' when going up against Cummins. What an idiot! A pathetic, ridiculous idiot.
So, the moral of the story is, "Make sure you want what you wish for, because you just might get it..." Meaning, Cummins really wanted to take on Lollar and the infamous Randy Turner, Animal Rights Attorney, Ft. Worth, Texas and now she has gotten her wish. If you wish destruction on fine folks, karma may strike a mighty blow and you will be the one to be destroyed. Amanda Lollar now controls Mary Cummins life, her fate, her financial holdings. Maybe Lollar can sell the control of Cummins life to another and they can pick up where Lollar leaves off. Just sayin'.

donations illegally. Mary Cummins has failed classes in animal care.
Mary Cummins is a cyber-stalker with serious mental problems.
